UCRAINA: DEPUTATA DENUNCIA, HO PAGATO 2 TANGENTI PER INTERVENTO CHIRURGICO =<\/p>\n

Kiev, 4 ott. – (Adnkronos) – “Un fenomeno endemico che tiene<\/p>\n

sotto scacco la meta’ dell’economia del Paese”. Lo ha detto il<\/p>\n

presidente ucraino Viktor Yushenko, parlando della corruzione nel<\/p>\n

Paese, una piaga che viene denunciata a tutti i livelli sociali. Tra<\/p>\n

chi ammette di essere stata vittima della corruzione c’e’ anche<\/p>\n

Natalia Prokopovich, presidente della commissione parlamentare per<\/p>\n

l’integrazione in Europa, depuata del partito “Nostra Ucraina” di<\/p>\n

Yushenko.<\/p>\n

Parlando con la giornalista Fausta Speranza, che l’ha incontrata<\/p>\n

a Kiev, la Prokopovich ha rivelato di aver pagato una doppia tangente<\/p>\n

per subire un intervento chirurgico in uno degli ospedali pubblici<\/p>\n

meglio funzionanti, il piu’ grande di Kiev. La parlamentare ha<\/p>\n

affermato di aver pagato duemila corone per tutto il necessario per<\/p>\n

l’operazione, di cui l’ospedale si dichiarava sprovvisto, e di aver<\/p>\n

poi “dovuto” fare “una donazione” alla stessa struttura ospedaliera di<\/p>\n

altre duemila corone.<\/p>\n

La Prokopovich ha poi denunciato i privilegi del Parlamento,<\/p>\n

un’eredita’ dell’era Kuchma mai messa in discussione: in un Paese in<\/p>\n

cui il salario di un medico e’ di circa 1.200 corone, pari a 185 euro,<\/p>\n

i membri del Parlamento ricevono 14mila corone al mese di stipendio<\/p>\n

base, piu’ diecimila per spese che non e’ necessario documentare.<\/p>\n

Roma, 4 ott. – (Adnkronos) – Il vantaggio guadagnato nelle
\nultime ore del conteggio dei voti alle elezioni di domenica in Ucraina
\ndal Partito delle regioni del premier filorusso Viktor Yanukovich sul
\npartito di Julia Timoshenko sarebbe frutto dei ritardi e delle
\nirregolarita’ nello spoglio dei voti nelle regioni roccaforte dello
\nstesso primo ministro, quelle del sud e dell’est. E’ quanto ha
\ndenunciato Aleksey Soldatenko, dell’Independent journalist
\nassociation, che ha sede a Kharkiv.<\/p>\n

Non ci sarebbero state dunque solo le 400 violazioni elettorali
\nriscontrate dalla polizia a Luhansk, citta’ dell’Ucraina sudorientale,
\ndove la corte amministrativa ha accolto il ricorso del blocco “Nostra
\nUcraina – Autodifesa popolare”, contro la concessione del voto a
\nseimila cittadini che erano stati esclusi dalle in base alle
\ninformazioni della polizia di frontiera.<\/p>\n
